      If your performance is good i.e up to the mark then you will get good opportunities to work in many areas like automation testing performance testing , research on multiple areas to do work in better and smart way.Work culture and people over here are really good.

      Cons

      Less project at pune location.Many people on bench sometimes.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
