Pros
Salary/benefits are not bad work life balance is good normally Nice offices Good size company to start your career nothing to say here about the work unfortunately
Cons
- Recognition is nonexistent - They only care about getting you chargeable, so they will send you to any client who would be willing to pay with ZERO regard to what you will be doing there, or what your skills are - Expect to be body shopped for more than 50% of the time - Working on a singleton role is very common - If you're senior enough, the processes/rules don't apply to you (for example you can get back to back promotions when other people are told no) - No pay upgrades (unless you get promoted) so you can be at the same pay for 4-5 years - No bonus for the first 3 levels
