Good old boys network from legacy Dimension Data personnel. Company messaging is ideal but has zero room to follow what they breach and ZERO human compassion. Not many people are deemed “good enough” to be employed there and ridiculous amount of firing people. Internally NTT employees believe they are so great that their customers come second. It’s more about internal politics than client centric.
