      - Big MNC telco experience - Be part of one of Top telco in Fortune 500 - Collaborating with cross regional teams

      Cons

      - Many internal processes still on paper-mode when this is a big MNC. - Many decisions and product roadmaps are govern by HQ Japan. Local product managers have little part in their own products. - Pre-Sales team not technical enough to handle SI projects.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
