Pros
If you negotiate well before joining the company then they will stick to almost everything that they promised. Pre hiring discussions are key with this company. Other than that it is an average employer.
Cons
There are no growth aspects in your individual role that you were hired for. The only thing that would matter is what client wants from them in your context. Other than that there is nothing that will convince these people regarding your capabilities and qualities. Mostly Indian management is also a problem as they are not able to leave aside their offshore techniques even in US.
