      Some really good people out in the trenches Part of global powerhouse NTT Management believes in transforming the company to managed services leader

      Cons

      Lots if internal politics (likely a result of multiple mergers) Very inconsistent culture across different regions NTT is still very much an infrastructure company Not really considered an industry leader, although management likes to think so

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
