      Very high budget for Research Projects. You can learn many things (highly subjected to your department, prefer Tech Dev.) and get expensive certifications.

      Cons

      Typical old fashioned Japanese Company. Decisions made by old, alcoholic and closed minded people.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
