Pros
You work so many hours that, if you spend there 1 year, it'll be the equivalent to 2. So make sure to put that on your resume on your way out.
Cons
They expect you to work infinite hours. They are constantly building poor quality products for their clients because they are expected to deliver complex systems in no time, with poorly qualified teams to make everything cheaper. The results, of course, are horrible. As a cherry on top, salaries are extremely low. So why would anyone still work there is beyond my understanding and I'm so glad I left.
