      - Variety of projects - Different locations in Europe (Mobility opportunities) - Some cool international clients - Work from home

      Cons

      - Most of projects under-staffed - Do not allocate to the clients the seniority they promised - Unclear promotion process - Too many Directors or Managers (too herarchical) - Unethical behaviours to achieve delivery over theoretical company values

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
