      Nice for young people, fresh people without family, without mortages, kids, etc...

      Cons

      Imposible to develop a better salary if you are not a very good friend or you have a family member as manager associated (if you don't godfather).... They abuse of the employee needs.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
