      Very strong brand. A large network of professionals to work with and gain experience from. Great vision and mission. Just like family.

      Cons

      Functional when the organization ought to be projectized. Wide gulf between management and junior staff. 50% delivery on promises made.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
