      Pros

      Big, global company, safe in the market. Very good company culture, good appreciation of their employees, very nice colleagues and work atmosphere. Projects are challenging but cover a variety of interesting technologies.

      Has been undergoing organizational changes continuously within the last years, due to growing, mergers etc.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
