Definitely not a place for a senior female proessional, we are treated as second class citizens. Select few "tokens" in the senior management ranks, outside of the South African headquarters. The women in senior level positions have an elitest attitude and are not mentors. Long hours and weekends are the norm in a global role; with meetings being held at 3AM US time and you are expected to attend.
