      - Overall people are cool and very kind

      Cons

      - HR is the wors HR you could imagine. You're just a tool to them. They treat you as a thing that can be moved whenever you say something the client don't like (I'm not being biased). - Salaries have an abysmal gap between cities. A Junior can be earning more than a Senior. - They asked me to plan any PTO I'd take 3 MONTHS in advance (that happend when I asked for ONE day 1 month in advance)

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
