Pros
I spent a few years at NVIDIA and left to pursue interests outside of the tech sector (philanthropy). It was the third large tech company that I worked for, and by far the best in my opinion. The intellectual level of my colleagues was inspiring and invigorating - yet without the egos found elsewhere in the Valley as that's not how NVIDIA rolls. One of my favorite aspects of NVIDIA life was that we didn't have meetings for the sake of meeting, unlike other companies. Benefits are excellent.
Cons
None, really. The insurance plans changed a couple of times. A few people whined about that, but I always found the policies to be solid and above average.
