Pros
This company really REALLY does put its employees first. This is a direct reflection of our amazing CEO Jensen. I come from a long career at a different Fortune 500 company who didn't treat its employees even half as well as Nvidia does. Bottom line, the work is fulfilling and fun, the people are respectful and collaborative, and your work/life balance will be the best it's ever been!
Cons
As a new employee there is A LOT to learn, and the company moves very quickly. This can feel a bit overwhelming at first. However, leadership puts no pressure on you, and I promise you will find the right pace for yourself.
