Cons

One concern is the client interview process. Employees may face separation from the organization if they are unable to clear client interviews after three attempts. Additionally, for each client project, there are often 20–30 employees scheduled for interviews, while only a limited number are ultimately selected, making the process highly competitive. Another area of concern is the frequency of layoffs in recent times. Nagarro was previously regarded as a strong workplace by many employees, but based on recent experiences, prospective candidates may want to carefully evaluate available opportunities before making a decision.

1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
