A good company to work - Associate Technical Lead Nagarro Employee Review

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback here on Glassdoor. It is unfortunate that you had to leave us. Allow me to add some insight into some of the things you found amiss during your stay here. We have a large number of people from India who travel and work as expats to various countries. Whenever we need someone to be placed outside India, we look at the best-suited candidate for such a need. We also take into consideration interest expressed by individuals in working abroad when making such selections. Of course, as you say, we have more people interested than positions available - so sometimes it takes longer for people's aspirations to work abroad to be met. We do have a Noida office which we offer as a location that people can work out of a few days a week. A large number of our colleagues avail this facility regularly. Regarding employees who are 'dictating', this is something that is not part of our culture, and I wish you had brought it to our notice while you were here. As you are aware, we believe strongly in a non-hierarchical culture at Nagarro. I hope that you will consider coming back to Nagarro sometime in the future.
