Pros
- Get to work with good people; supportive, thriving, enthusiastic, passionate and technically good - Get to learn a lot technically
Cons
- Management is unsupportive - Taking leaves is a punishable offense - Management wants you to stay frequently in night; it's like a daily business there - No support for career growth in terms of further studies - Negative work-life balance; on an average I worked for around 12 hrs a day during my 2.5 years stay there - During recession they will suck you hard even if they are swimming in profits but won't give you any raise despite bucket full of profits - Taking good increment there is a management propaganda there in recession or tough times; they give good package during good times so that their employees cannot leave them
