Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on Glassdoor. Yes, we do think that we provide some of the best career opportunities in the IT services industry. And yes, short-term work-life balance can be impacted by a project which may be going through a rough patch (like anywhere really). However, there is no getting 'stuck' in a maintenance phase project - typically, people are rotated out from application management type work if they choose to. I think your advice to management is fair. While we have a fair ratings system, it is something that we have been improving in the last 2-3 quarters. If you have specific feedback about the shortcomings of the system, I (for one) will be very keen to get pointed feedback. If you would like to, then please reach out to HR. We really want to make it a five star experience for everyone who works in Nagarro and works with Nagarro. As you see some of these improvements in how we work, I hope you will come back and review us again, perhaps with some more stars (of course, it could be the reverse, but that is okay too).
