Pros
Good company for entry level technical people as it pays well and also gives good exposure on latest technologies. Also, as the company is rapidly growing...chances for junior employees for rapid career growth
Cons
Not so good for QA and delivery people. the recent changes in org structure to accommodate the rapid growth while avoiding a fat top management. has made it very difficult for people from within to reach higher levels. Managers with 14-17 years of experience can get a director role easily while joining the company but for a manager of that experience, it is not possible in another 3-4 years. won't like to call it as double standards as this is a common practice these days in bigger organizations.
