      Hello - thank you for taking the time to leave a review here on Glassdoor. Nagarro is one of the best places to start your career. Regarding the pay scale, we are not the lowest, nor the highest for people starting their careers. We do have one of the highest pay increases though, so after working with us for a year or two, people are either above or at par with most other companies' pay scales. I am surprised by the "too much HR intervention" comment though. I am not sure what you mean by this and I would like to get a chance to understand this from you in more detail. If possible, please meet me in the office to discuss this. Thank you again for taking out time to leave feedback.

      1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
