Thank you for your feedback. I absolutely agree with you - there is tremendous energy and skill in the younger folks at Nagarro. And we really want to be able to build a culture that nurtures this drive and potential. It is something that is often the topic of discussion that i find myself in.
Your point about HR team members being generic in their interactions is well taken. I understand where you are coming from and will discuss with team members on how we can improve. The main goal of this team is employee happiness and therefore improving upon this aspect is important for us. Of course, by the nature of our work, there are also interactions that we take which are not always favorable to employee expectations - though we try our best to reduce them.
Let us know whenever you feel that there are areas that we can improve upon. We really do welcome the feedback.
