      Noticed that top annual hikes and on-site opportunities are often given to management’s favored employees. Work-life balance is manageable, and work-from-home options are available.

      Cons

      Stuck in outdated legacy projects using tech stacks older than my birth year—mostly tightly coupled, obsolete frameworks. Training is provided in modern tech like .NET, React, and Angular, but actual work is limited to WebForms and XML. Managers ignore project change requests and use the notice period as an excuse to hold employees in unwanted projects for up to 6 months. The 'Cheerboard' program seems reserved for those who blindly agree with everything the manager says.

      1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
