      Good people, mobile workforce, flexible schedule

      Cons

      In cutting the company to the bone in the name of cost savings, the company has lost its soul. Jobs are being taken away from long-time local workers and given to transient workers or college grads. IT management wants the dwindling workforce to move faster, faster, faster. Workers are a commodity, not a valued resource. Poor advancement opportunity in IT.

      Toxic work environment, HR way too involved in everything, the company expects us to be robots, document everything every person says at all times. Over working everyone since layoffs
