Pros

I struggled to identify meaningful positives during my time with the EMEA customer success team.

Cons

In my opinion and experience: The management was extremely controlling and frequently micromanaged day to day work. Career progression did not always seem to be based on performance or expertise. Open feedback was not well received.

Pros

Flexible, Sincere and Fast paste

Cons

Onboarding new employees is mediocre as these employees are expected to be experts on non-Nutanix tools like SFDC, Tableau, Slack, and other sales tools. Fast-paste for new sale opportunities. Knowledge and key actionable solution are not readily available and shred. (Some solutions are buried in users personal file, so sometimes you will be dealing with issues that was solved a year ago but only one person is prevy to that knowledge.
