As we’ve quickly grown to 6000+ people globally, there are absolutely opportunities to improve. On the management front, we have a structured learning path for managers as well as other programs to develop our managers, regardless of where they are in their management journey. Training and resources like Manager Quick Start, Global Management Experience (GMX), Global Leadership Experience (GLX) and Manager Exclusive exist for these reasons. That said, we are always striving to learn and improve.
