Oyo is a fantastic company for Software Engineers and Product Managers that like to own a problem and take it from inception to delivery. U can build things based on what is needed rather than what is being forced from top and be part of a something bigger. If you are self driven, like to work based on numbers and make a material impact on a company - then come work here. Technology wise it is a great place to be since u can define and chart out a course for the solution u envision. A budding micro-service environment with event driven message consumption, engineers here routinely hack out code in half the time. You have full ownership of your code, infra, release and even what you build. If u are looking to learn and make a solid career come prove yourself here! Undoubtedly in a year it will be spoken of as one of a kind company in the world - coming from India. The leadership team is very aligned towards company goals and all folks are in sync on what is most important to do. I am yet to see conflicting messages from top or conflicting goals leading to paralysis.
Cons
Work is relentless hence not for folks who expect to take things easy. High ownership is expected so non ambitious folks will have a tough time.
