      Cons

      Huge layer of lies by hiring managers across all departments , misguidance of role , You might be an IIM /IIT grad and doing a minial data entry or dashboarding work. All under the guise of "Start up" culture

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
