ther are leaders who don't know much about leadership...theres no structure and micromanaging...think this started when managers realized some bdms had second and third jobs on top of this one OR simply did not do their jobs, sat at home, watched tv, dialed a few numbers, took an afternoon snooze, logged it in as "work" and collected a pay check. fabricated resumes to rise to the top? you betcha. hired many talent without valid university degrees.....need i say more? most couldn't calculate simple math and were computer illiterate
