Pros
-the people at Pearson are great. I've made life-long friends at Pearson -the benefits are great, if a bit expensive, and of course they get better the longer you're there (more vacation days) -great locations
Cons
-endless restructuring over at least the past 5 years -people are let go and no announcements are made. Basically they just let those left behind slowly figure it out -no team spirit. Everyone wants to protect what little remains of their little fiefdoms at the expense of cooperation across groups -the employee self-assessment process is a joke and has been retooled endlessly over the past several years. Currently no one can get more than a 3 out of 5 unless you're getting that person a promotion -the culture and values of the company as expressed on paper are not what is experienced in everyday life there anymore, they're just slogans that mean nothing
