Cons

I went to a mental health place after a suicide attempt, and was put on FMLA leave. After I was finished with the mental health treatment, I was requested to get a doctor's note to return to work, and note any of my new accommodations. I have less function in my knees and legs now, and so my doctor wrote that I would need to be able to take stretch breaks. After they saw that I newly got these issues with my legs, they are now refusing to let me come back to work, and are no longer responding to any of my messages.

Pros

If you have experience they can pay very well considering the size of the company. Depending on which store you are in, they can be pretty good at fostering a good environment and culture.

Cons

Company is primarily focused on sales and not customer experience. So expect a lot of metrics and hounding customers. Company is trying to be technologically forward but continues to neglect to invest in the technology. So there’s updates every week crashes every week with no communication around it.
