Fine company, awful management - Overnight Stocker PetSmart Employee Review

Awful management, bare minimum pay with no option to increase. Weird anti-men culture with certain people. Management had a chat room where they hatefully gossipped about the other employees. It took a new hire that was invited into their circle to come out and tell everyone else this was happening. I quit before any result happened, but I think HR solved the issued.
