Pros
Some pretty good high production equipment. Pay not too bad, benefits are ok.
Cons
Senior Management has no clue on how to run the service origination. They truly believe in the philosophy of "The beatings will continue, until morale improves." Managers are over worked, because of increased territory size, due to the "Strategic Transformation" (downsize)
