    Pros

GreatHomeToWork. 7 years and counting. We grow up being told that School is our second home but once you leave your 2nd home and rush through your graduation, you wish to settle again into a new Home. In my case it was Pitney Bowes. I can never forget that aroma of the first conference room in “Tower B” when my boat sailed to Manzanares, one of the conference room. I walked in as a well-groomed Kid, with all good wishes, novice dreams and potential to do achieve some Milestones and yet not let the creative Kid in me die out. Trust me PB has kept everything intact thus far. From a Trainee to holding “SomeDecentDesignation” I have seen myself grow more than anyone else seeing me grow. I want to thank each one of you PBites, who helped through this journey to make me what I am today professionally and also tweak myself personally for the good. I hereby coin you a word “GreatHomeToWork” admist this Lockdown. Thanks Pitney Bowes for always being a Giver.

    Cons

Things which can be improved - I would like a bit more Innovation in different LOBs.

I have been working at Pitney Bowes full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Pitney Bowes, as a company, is highly invested in the growth and well-being of its employees. The leadership stands out, especially in difficult times. Over last 3 months of COVID-19 pandemic situation, Pitney Bowes leadership team has left no stone unturned to ensure the health, safety, well-being of their employees. First of all, PB India took a decision to allow WFH way before than any other companies did. This allowed the company to prepare themselves before the government announced lock-down, by the time govt. announced it and there was chaos, Pitney Bowes was all settled, and we have had most of the challenges figured and worked out already. PB is also one of those very few companies that have continued to hire and onboard new talent eve during the lock-down, and we are STILL doing it. Additionally, multiple initiatives have been taken on a regular basis to help teams feel connected and engaged even though everyone is working from home. I would like to call out some of those: Employee Assistance Programs on Mental Health for Employees and Families Keep Calm and Carry on: Stress Management Workshops; Exercise and Meditation classes D&I initiatives: Collaboration with Pride Circle for LGBTQI Awareness Launched ‘Peer Learning’ Program Launched a Mentoring Program Launched a program to help employees build ‘Skills for the future’ such as Data Science, AI etc. And the list goes on……. There is reason we are “A Great Place to Work” 😊

    Cons

Pitney Bowes is not an organization for you if you do not like to be challenged to put out your best!
