The leadership has made some improvement in the past, but overall the company is struggling. Recent hires are all bottom of the barrel. Top of the line, high quality employees have left for good long time back. The company is struggling, and employees are like zombies, like robots waiting for their death, no vision nor strategy is clearly communicated to employees.
