Their commission structure is really poor. 0.09%. Car allowance is a joke. No incentives worth working for! Upper Mangement does not understand sales and what we go through on a daily basis. Local management is do as I say...not as I do. They require a million reports. Their lease rates are so high for our customers that we need to discount to be competitive, so comp is margin based, so our margin is so little...that we are now making about 66 % less than about 5 years ago. I loved this company 10 years ago when I started...but they have made cuts to so many support areas...that when a customer is not taken care of...it all comes back on sales. no one else is held accountable. Sales takes the hit on anything that goes wrong. Outlook for this company as a sales person is dismal!
