Pitney Bowes India : Unscrupulous HR - Anonymous employee Pitney Bowes Employee Review

- Deceitful and Improper HR practices --- I will share few instances which would give complete picture of the kind of HR Team Pitney Bowes India has since I was part of HR team and had to leave as I opposed such practices . 1. As part of HR team member, one of our yearly appraisal KRA/target is to do fake marketing of Pitney Bowes India --- we need to write false positive reviews about PB India --- use Yammer to share useless articles --- arrange photo-shoots and put those photos on social media -- Most of the positive reviews, that you would see on Glassdoor, are written by HR team and you could easily identify them :-) 2. One of the worst practice that I found was treating housekeeping staff as slaves --- HR team frequently asked housekeeping staff to prepare tea/coffee and send that to their cubicles and other such small tasks were done by housekeeping staff. 3. We have been trained that if any employee comes to us with any grievance against his/her supervisor, our first responsibility is to inform his/her supervisor about the same without maintaining anonymity putting that person's career at stake. 4. HR department is the most favorite department of PB India MD and thus while HR can shout /raise voice or do anything against any employee , employee can't even raise a finger at HR or else they would lose their job.
