Pros

Amazing co-workers, competetive pay, cross training and learning opportunities. People were willing to help teach you and there were a lot of good mentors to choose from. Benefits were decent, and they even offer tuition assistance.

Cons

My biggest concern was the turnover and constant laying off I witnessed while employed there. They are attempting to re-brand themselves as a SaaS company, and seem to be unsure of how to do it successfully. Their solution to every bump in the road seems to be to lay off more people, leaving more work for less people with no increase in salary, which is highly discouraging and causes those employees to panic and quit. I also felt they were very top-heavy and had way too many levels of management. It is a shame, because the people that work there are great, and if you can survive the layoffs you can really grow there, but the environment felt really unstable. I wondered every day if it would be my last until it ultimately was, which I have never experienced with other employers. I never felt fully settled in and felt my job was in jeopardy from day one.
