Pros
Great benefits like a decent pension scheme, profit share and top health insurance. They offer plenty of clear career paths and courses and resources to improve.
Cons
Being such a large company they tend to be quite bureaucratic. Getting ideas pushed forward can take forever. Trying to move between the different studios is very tedious.
