Mediocre people, who know how to navigate the intricate politics thrive in this environment, where as motivated people who require recognition of their talent leave. Pay is below market for most positions, therefore the quality of most of the staff is also below market. Overall reigning carelessness and covering the bare minimum. Feels almost like a government organization, both in terms of the abundant red-tape and the lack of engagement of employees.
