- Good benefits if you are a gamer - Good work/life balance (for now, I'm sure this will go back to pre-pandemic where they hated employees working remotely)
Cons
- No progression - Little chance of promotion - Zero pay rises - Difficult to have your voice heard - Toxic environment - No culture - People hoard credit - Told to keep your mouth shut by middle managers - Sexism - No mentoring - No trust for employees; constantly micromanaged - Rampant gossip, sabotage, backstabbing - Departments working in silos
