      Pros

      Been with PCC for 8 months now and have been super happy! I feel valued, heard, respected, and appreciated! Able to use FTO as long as my work is completed.

      Cons

      Training details could have been a little better but that’s on my immediate team. Growing pains as they merge to two areas. But they are open to feedback and collaboration.

      Pros

      Working here was good at one point

      Cons

      Culture has changed drastically at the company. Leadership no longer cares about the people at the company and only focus on the finances/budgets and throwing more load onto the team members. The culture is now cold, changing fast, pushy, and it no longer reflects what we were even 2-3 years ago
