      Only salary is a pros

      Cons

      Dominating calture. Non-Technical people lead projects and deal with tech guys as a labour. Mamagers treat developers as a MAJDUR. No privecy. No infra. Even they dont have cafeteria and meeting rooms. Don't go there to join.
