      The reason anyone would want to become a part of the Posterity Group family is because the leadership will treat you with a mountain of respect, understanding and encouragement while expecting the very best from you. There's no doubt that you will become a more competent and confident member of the Posterity family the longer you stay there. The leadership have a wealth experience that can be transferred to you if you are willing to except it. Overall, Posterity Group is a fantastic organization to be a part of.

      Cons

      Working with the great leaders of Posterity Group will change you in such a way that it will be difficult to work with another organization that doesn't display the same commitment and integrity.

      Posterity is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), the CEO has proudly served the country as a Non-commissioned and Commissioned Officer for over 23 years in the Military. As a veteran of two wars, he has taken many of the military best leadership and management practices and made them a core part of how this company performs. We firmly believe that by working in partnership with our team members can be a win-win for all committed parties.

      Pros

      I have worked for different contracting companies since 2015, and Posterity Group is the best. Nicole and Donna know precisely what we need to perform our job correctly. (books, tech. equipment, etc.) If you have a problem, they will work with you and the site to accommodate and find a solution. The first company that spoiled us with random gift cards. I can't express my gratitude for working for and representing Posterity Group. I recommend this company to all who have second thoughts.
