Pros

The team, outside of the CEO, provided a support system for each other. Posterity Group is a mom and pop shop, so if you like that kind of atmosphere, this is DEFINITELY the small business for you!

Cons

Posterity Group's CEO "thinks" he talks a good game but he lacks business acumen and integrity to run a successful business in the civilian sector. I've witnessed him outright bully and curse out employees that did not agree with him. He is egomaniac and EXTREMELY immature. Fair and LEGAL pay practices do not exist, the turnover rate is atrocious and the CEO's attitude and lack of integrity creates a hostile work environment.

The views posted by current and former employees are their own and we respect them. It is our earnest goal to accept critique, evaluate our practices to highlight our deficiencies in order to implement improvements. We are an equal opportunity employer that compensates our team members using objective research and nationally recognized compensation tools to guide fairness for team-members compensation. We know that we can never be everything to everyone, however, if we remain faithful to truly improving the organization and working to the benefit of our customers (both internal and external) then we on solid ground. We do really appreciate your feedback.

Pros

The reason anyone would want to become a part of the Posterity Group family is because the leadership will treat you with a mountain of respect, understanding and encouragement while expecting the very best from you. There's no doubt that you will become a more competent and confident member of the Posterity family the longer you stay there. The leadership have a wealth experience that can be transferred to you if you are willing to except it. Overall, Posterity Group is a fantastic organization to be a part of.

Cons

Working with the great leaders of Posterity Group will change you in such a way that it will be difficult to work with another organization that doesn't display the same commitment and integrity.

Posterity is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), the CEO has proudly served the country as a Non-commissioned and Commissioned Officer for over 23 years in the Military. As a veteran of two wars, he has taken many of the military best leadership and management practices and made them a core part of how this company performs. We firmly believe that by working in partnership with our team members can be a win-win for all committed parties.

Pros

I did not find any satisfaction working for them. These people lie on benefits to get you to work for them and then don't deliver.

Cons

they aren't honest . I worked for them for almost a year and they are unprofessional, dishonest and don't care about their employees at all. I'm glad I'm not working for them anymore.

Thank you for expressing your opinion. It is unfortunate to hear about your experience with us. We strive to provide our employees and customers with updates and information in an honest and timely manner. Our employees are our biggest asset and therefore we pride ourselves in treating them with honesty, professionalism, and respect. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of our business as a government contractor, there are certain contractual requirements that are not under Posterity’s control. These include work locations, work hours, position descriptions and/or certain work conditions which are all dictated by our customers. In such instances, we ensure that our employees receive updates as soon as possible. Additionally, we ensure that all new hires who work on a government contract are familiar with the demands of their position prior to accepting the job offer. This prevents misunderstandings and miscommunications from occurring. In following your recommendation, we will continue to provide honest and timely communication to our employees as we receive it from our customers. Again, thank you for your feedback and recommendation.
