Pros

Nothing! Bad Using cheap worker Fancy office but empty and no time even to go toilet

Cons

1- Everything is so manual and people works as robot 2- Onboarding show how P&G is perfect and office as well but! - At the office there are ps rooms, game area and etc but I haven’t seen any single person plays because no one has time to go toilet - They are very proud of diversity but the reason is for cheap labors… They hire a lot Indian and Turkish people and they have way lower salary then market in Poland - All people who just started is unhappy and disappointed - there is no area to show your thoughts and improve because there are system that they expect you to work are a robot . - Work load and process is unnecessary long that there is no way for improve or lead any project. ( at 8 hours working time, they fill 10 hours task default and hourly that you must complete) - even no time for a meeting ) even do training which HR told us to do… - They proud that new hires are increasing at the office but the reason is bcs of firing a lot of people from rich eu countries and hire cheap worker in Poland This company polished a lot that it doesn’t seem like how it is seen from outside They hire me but new inter who is still studying is giving his job to me! This company is only for new graduate people… After this company I won’t even buy any P&G product

Pros

Many intelligent people who are experts in their fields who are willing to help and provide advice (if they have time). Decent benefits and pay.

Cons

I mentioned time because many people are stretched and overworked. Work life balance is pretty bad and shows no signs of improvement. A lot of this can be attributed to near useless management. Every project is treated as absolute maximum priority but can still be dropped at a moment's notice. Work processes are horribly cumbersome and slow. Even small changes require many approvals but there are endless demands to "move faster".
