Pros
-lots of opportunities for learning (CPE classes, multi day workshops/trainings, supportive mgt.) -skill matrix and promotion principles alongside workplan process makes it clear how to succeed -values based company with seriously long legacy means you can feel good about where you work -possible to succeed and have work/life balance -low cost of living means a very nice house relative to almost anywhere else in the country -great on a resume (or so I've been told)
Cons
-living in Cincinnati -small raises in the current economic environment (maybe I should be happy to have a job?) -flat structure mean promotion takes years -lots of process, bureaucracy, documenting vs. doing, etc -recent lengthening of assignment lengths in finance
