Challenging projects; good pay and benefits; a lot of internal and external courses; fairly flexible hours; nice environment, offices instead of cubicles, gyms, tennis, voleyball and basketball courts; on-demand shuttles to travel between buildings
Cons
Normal disadvantages of big company: too many meetings, some politics on higher levels, some lack of coordination between departments, etc.; IT department is cheap
