      Good location. Lower cost of living than up north (Silicon Valley).

      Cons

      A lot of not-so-smart people who joined Qualcomm back in the 90s. I hate dumbing myself down to their level to explain them stuff.

      salary high and benefits very good, coworkers are good

      high pressure and design/verificaion process not very clear some times.
